in Fraud Alerts on June 9, 2025In today’s digital world, staying safe from online scams is more important than ever. One rising scam that has been affecting users in the automotive and diagnostic software communities is AutoSoftOnline – a fraudulent software provider that preys on unsuspecting customers.
⚠️ What is AutoSoftOnline?
AutoSoftOnline claims to sell premium diagnostic and programming software for automotive professionals. - Fake reviews and testimonials – If you investigate closely, you’ll find copied or non-verifiable user feedback.
- Pressure to pay via untraceable methods – Such as crypto, gift cards, or direct transfers.
- No refund policy – Once they get your money, you’ll be ghosted or blocked.
📣 Real Experiences from Victims

— M.R., Automotive Technician, Spain
“The software they sent didn’t work, and when I asked for help, they accused me of using a ‘bad installation’ and vanished.”

- Avoid “too good to be true” offers – High-value software at dirt-cheap prices is a big red flag.
- Use secure payment platforms – PayPal (when not disabled), credit cards, or reputable e-commerce platforms offer buyer protection.
- Ask for proof – Legitimate sellers should provide screenshots, demo videos, or trial versions.
